These are our shipping rates on our main catalog programs when they are available through the Catalog link to the left:

Shipping rates for our Co-Ops are indicated on each individual Co-Op program. At times, we try to combine orders to reduce the shipping costs to our customers, but the participant should expect to pay the shipping cost indicated on the Co-Op if they are participating. In most cases, we barely cover the cost of shipping to home delivery areas with the rates we charge.
